I arrived in Nairobi on 31 December 2008. I arrived in Arusha on 3 January 2009. This blog tells the story of my time in East Africa.

Topher: Arusha, Tanzania; After spending almost a year living in Europe, I have arrived in East Africa, ready to spend another year abroad in a totally different environment. Living with my Aunt and nephew in Arusha, Tanzania with our dog, tortoise, goat and chickens, I'm learning everything from how to choose a ripe passion fruit to how to treat masai cattle who have been attacked by the local lion population.
